Why sex and relationship therapy?

Our sex lives and relationships can be unpredictable, full of highs, lows, and unexpected turns. But unlike other aspects of life, we often keep these conversations to ourselves, which leaves many of us unsure how to talk about them when things get tough.

Sex and relationship therapy is a welcoming, confidential space to open up about these topics and work towards well-being, whatever that means for you.

My approach

I have a holistic approach to therapy, and I believe sexuality is an important part of who we are. So, when we work together, we’ll look at everything: your mind and its patterns, how your body holds onto emotions, your relationships, your career, and anything else that makes you uniquely you.

What to expect

If you’ve never been to therapy before, it might feel a little daunting to seek help. Here’s what you can expect from our sessions:

Confidentiality: Anything shared in this space stays here. I will not share any information about you with a third party unless you consent.

Online: The therapy is conducted via Google Meet, allowing you to sit wherever you feel safe and comfortable.

Conversation-based: Through conversation, I’ll work with you to gain awareness about what aspects of your life are working and which aren’t.

Preparation: You don’t need to prepare anything before our first session.
